Prior to the development of Kapalua Resort, Napili Ridge was originally built as “affordable housing” for the Kapalua Land Employees. They were constructed in the early 1970s, thus making this modest residential condominium a first-time home buyer or West Maui investors’ dream come true.

The electrical again is on hold due to the fires around the island and MECO staffing shortages. The work is still planned on starting soon and will update when we know more.

Please contact the Resident Manger for an inspection and further details. This is to bring any units that are deficient up to current standards and to reduce future leaks.
