Prior to the development of Kapalua Resort, Napili Ridge was originally built as “affordable housing” for the Kapalua Land Employees. They were constructed in the early 1970s, thus making this modest residential condominium a first-time home buyer or West Maui investors’ dream come true.
This is a low-density, two-story property with 132 apartments. There are 88 one-bedroom/one-bath and 44 studio apartments. Amenities include a pool, barbecue area, community laundry and a FABULOUS LOCATION!!
Originally, this was a leasehold property with a lease that expires in 2049. In 2009, the homeowners successfully purchased the lease. Now, the majority of the units are fee simple, with the option of the remaining units converting.

All work is on Wednesdays.
Power will be off from 9 am till finished usually by 5pm.
We will need to enter the unit to verify meter connections. If we do not have access to the unit the power will not be on to the unit until MECO has access.
We will hand out notices one day prior to the work starting
- Laundry increase is postponed until July 1st
- Pool and BBQ will be closed from March 20th till April 1st. We will re-evaluate then.
All vacation rentals with an owner who lives off island must designate an on-island agent. This needs to be on each check-in form.
