Plumbing; any cast iron or deficient piping that is exposed during any remodels or repairs must be completely replaced at the time of repairs or remodels. Please contact the Resident Manger for an inspection and further details. This is to bring any units that are deficient up to current standards and to reduce future leaks.
The electrical project is back on schedule as follows;

- 6/17 I building
- 6/24 C building
- 7/1 G building
- 7/8 J building
- 7/15 A building
- 7/22 K building
All work is on Wednesdays.
Power will be off from 9 am till finished usually by 5pm.
We will need to enter the unit to verify meter connections. If we do not have access to the unit the power will not be on to the unit until MECO has access.
We will hand out notices one day prior to the work starting.
Landscaping: Please be patient, we are doing in-house with our landscapers to save a lot of money. We are projecting completion of all areas that still need attention by Mid-March (this does not include those areas impacted by the upcoming electrical work).
Asphalt Replacement: dates pending final approval.
