4/10/22 to 4/9/23 Noise in shop area and in immediate vicinity. This will involve operation of saws and equipment necessary for day-to-day repairs to property to include wood repairs and other repairs needed to operate the homeowners association. Noise hours approximately 9 am until 5 pm, Monday thru Fridays. Work on Saturday only if needed. After hours emergency repairs may be needed to protect property or persons homes.

6/10/22 to 9/1/22 sidewalk repairs thru out the property. This involves removal and replacement of small sections of concrete. Noise hours approximately 9 am until 5 pm, Monday thru Fridays. Work on Saturday only if needed.
5/10/22 to 12/1/22 Pressure washing of buildings and sidewalks to remove mold/fungus growth from moisture and to clean affected areas. Noise hours approximately 9 am until 5 pm, Monday thru Fridays. Work on Saturday only if needed.
1/1/23 to 2/15/23 Annual monkeypod tree maintenance and trimming. Two large trees on property. On an annual maintenance program to remain healthy.
